Real-Time Exception Reporting
As the employee 'logs on' to the site by swiping their Smart Card past a card reader or scanning their finger, RosterLive is updated in real time via our web-based hardware. Actual attendance is compared to the roster. Should an exception occur, such as an employee being absent, RosterLive™ can be set to raise an alert or provide real-time reporting.
Standard Reports include: attendance, absentee, exception, roster, and costing. However, customisable reports, via a built in report writer, can also be uploaded to RosterLive, allowing you to tailor the solution to meet your requirements. Reports can be exported to MS Excel or as a PDF.
