RosterLive ranks 8th in Deloitte Technology Fast 50
RosterLive has been honoured as one of the top ten fastest growing technology companies in Australia, as Deliotte released its annual Fast 50 list last month. The list, now in its ninth year, ranks the 50 fastest growing technology companies based on revenue over the previous three financial years.
RosterLive enjoyed growth of 419 percent from 2007 to 2009, and was honoured with not only making the list, but recording a top ten position in its first appearance.
The list includes related industry sectors such as communications/networking, software, semiconductors, components and electronics, biotech, pharmaceutical and medical equipment, Internet, and computers and peripherals.
This year’s addition was the first since the impact of the global financial meltdown, and highlighted those companies who have been able to excel, despite challenging economic conditions.
Deloitte’s project leader for the Fast 50 program, Joshua Tanchel, said “This year’s Deloitte Technology Fast 50 is a celebration of companies who have faced the challenge of difficult economic conditions and triumphed. Resilience in the face of what, for some companies, was an unprecedented period of disruption and uncertainty is inspiring.”

RosterLive makes BRW’s Top 100 Australian Web 2.0 Applications
Under the heading “THE NEW WEB REVOLUTION” the latest edition of the BRW has released a list of Australia’s TOP 100 Web 2.0 Applications. RosterLive is the only workforce management solution to make the list. “Where much of technology is a commodity, web 2.0 tools can be a real differentiator, supporting more efficient processes and effective outcomes” said Future Exploration Network chairman Ross Dawson – who’s company did the research for the article.
Some of the reasons that RosterLive is featured are due to its rich set of functionality, useability, installed client base and support that RosterLive offers its clients.
RosterLive is setting the standard for organisations looking for a workforce management application which simplifies the rostering, attendance, pay rule calculation process and in most cases automating their complete attendance processes.
To be included on the list, RosterLive had to fit the following scope:
• Applications (not content only)
• Rich web-based interface (not mobile only)
• Create value from participation
• Represent genuine innovation
• Significantly Australian
Each application was assessed on the following criteria, with a weighted points system determined the final ranking:
• Revenue and viability
• Users
• International success
• Business value
• Innovation
• Web 2.0 features
