You will be working in our Service Delivery Team, working closely with our Sales & Development Teams and your role will include the training of both new and existing clients.  Our application RosterLive is a web based application developed using the latest technologies that enables clients to roster employees, track skills, communicate the roster out and undertakes their award interpretation for payroll.

 

For this role we are looking for someone with at least 3 yrs commercial experience who has a very logical mind, is clever, detailed, process driven, organized, a problem solver & feels confident training clients face to face.  You must enjoy a challenge and be able to react positively in business critical situations.  Clear English is essential and the ability to relay your ideas and document your work.

You need to be motivated, a team player and want to be part of taking RosterLive to the next level by maximizing client implementation efficiency.  It would be desirable if you have had past experience with pay rules or business processes.  Travel throughout Australia/New Zealand will be required for clients in different states.  You need to be a driver with own transport as you may have to travel to NSW sites.
