You will be working in our closely Service Delivery Team.  Our application RosterLive is a web based application developed using the latest technologies that enables clients to roster employees, track skills, communicate the roster out and undertakes their award interpretation for payroll.
 
For this role we are looking for someone with at least 2 yrs commercial experience in 1st and 2nd level support for windows / web based applications, has a friendly and polite telephone manner and good customer service skills with experience in dealing with IT problems.  You will also need to have a very logical mind, is clever, detailed, process driven, organized, a problem solver & feels confident dealing with clients over the phone.  You must enjoy a challenge and be able to react positively in business critical situations.  Clear English is essential and the ability to relay your ideas and document your work.
 
The role will include:

  • Provide help desk support to our client base
  • Functionality testing
  • Maintain our knowledge base
  • Configuring the RosterLive application
  • Providing support to clients in parallel runs
  • Training RosterLive users online
  • Documentation of client configuration
