If you are an experienced sales professional looking for an opportunity that has growth potential, this position is what you are looking for.  You will be working from our Sydney office to help take this organisation to the next level. RosterLive is an on-line workforce management application which is at the cutting edge of technology with a solid growing client base. 
 
You need to be capable of generating your own prospects and working with them through the complete sales cycle. This includes organising and attending meetings with key stakeholders, managing ongoing relationships and ultimately generating new business.
 
To be successful in this role you will be highly driven, enthusiastic and eager to learn. You think outside the square, are resourceful and enjoy working in a small, close knit team. A passion for the on-line industry would be advantageous.
 
Skills and Experience
 
  • Good exposure and excellent knowledge of web / online industry
  • Ability to work unsupervised and good with time management
  • Understanding of web business revenue models such as Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a business environment
  • Able to pick up the phone and make cold calls with ease
  • Have worked in the Time & Attendance or Payroll industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of MS CRM4
  • Ideally have existing relationships and contacts throughout the industry
